Shipping Policy

What are your delivery charges?

Standard shipping charge is $10 per pound ordered. Shipping times in the United States are estimated to be between 2 and 7 business days, excluding international orders.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

When your order leaves us, a second email is generated to confirm this – if you don't receive an email within 4 working days, please email shipping@frostyclub.com.

Can I track my order?
It's outside the expected delivery time - what should I do?
My package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided via email. If you are having trouble finding this please reach out to shipping@fidefreight.com.

If your order left us under the Standard Service and has not been delivered within 5 - 7 working days , then please email us at shipping@fidefreight.com and we will look into this for you.

If your order is marked delivered, it has been longer than 1 day since this, and you haven't received the package, then please email us at shipping@fidefreight.com and we will look into this for you.

Returns Policy

Any and all opened Goods are not immediately eligible for refund or return. If you have an unopened sealed package you would like to return, you can contact us for return options. All purchases of 30 days or longer from time of purchase are final and not eligible for refund. Refunds can take 72 hours or more to process or post to your account. Weekends and holidays may effect this time and cause more delays. Please contact us first if you are unsatisfied at info@frostyclub.com, as we will do everything possible to make you a happy and repeated customer.
